Warranty Information

Did you receive a defective item? We want to make it right! Though we do not provide a specific warranty for products found on Present Day Nomad, if a repair, replacement, or refund is necessary due to a warranty issue, we will do our best to assist! For some brands/products, we'll handle warranty claims in-house. For other brands/products, we'll happily help you navigate their warranty process. Please see details below.

To ensure you have a valid warranty issue and to help get it resolved as quickly as possible, please make sure your item falls within the following guidelines:

  • Item displays a manufacturer defect, and has not been damaged as a result of natural wear and tear, accident, or shipping damage.

Warranty Claim Process

Step 1: If you believe your purchased item displays a manufacturer defect, please email info@presentdaynomad.com with the information listed below. Please be as detailed as possible.

  • Your name
  • Original order number
  • Product brand
  • Description of the issue and how/when you noticed it
  • Attach photos of the affected area of the product

Step 2: We will respond within 5 business day with next steps as we work with the original manufacturer.

*Keep in mind some brands will require you to deal with them directly on your claim, but when possible, we will attempt to handle the claim on your behalf.*
